Location: St. Louis, MO (with quarterly travel to Nashville, TN)

About Us: Hoffmann Brothers is a full home service provider in St Louis & Nashville offering Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Electrical and Appliance Services. We recently acquired Ferguson Roofing & Exteriors as well. This role sits on our shared services team within our Marketing Department. This role will serve the multiple business entities.
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Media Coordinator with at least 2 years of hand-on experience in managing and executing social media strategies. The ideal candidate is creative, detail oriented, and possesses a strong understanding of various social media platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to support Hoffmann Brothers in St. Louis and Nashville, as well as Ferguson Roofing. We are looking for an individual with a vibrant and outgoing personality who thrives on interaction & genuinely enjoys engaging with people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities.
- Analyze social media performance and provide regular reports and insights.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of social media strategies with overall business goals
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Energetic, people person
- Experience in creating and editing reels, and other online videos.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the home services industry is a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in paid social media advertising
- Graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools
